The median days on market, which is the amount of time between the homes being listed and actually going under contract for sale, was 39 days. Las Colinas had the most sales with 28 homes. Las Colinas is the area North of Highway 70, off of Sonoma Ranch. Four Hills came in second with 13 homes sold, which is North of Highway 70, between Del Rey and Rinconada.
