December 2019 Las Cruces Real Estate Market Report

The average sales price for December was 208 thousand, whereas in 2018 it was 182 thousand. That’s a 14 percent increase or almost twenty-six thousand dollars.

The number of homes sold was 171 over last year when it was 155. That’s an increase of 16 homes or 10 percent.

The number of luxury homes sold was 10 this month and it was 7 in December of 2018, which is an increase of three homes.

Year to date the number of luxury homes sold is117, whereas last year it was 115, so it’s only an increase of two luxury homes.

The neighborhoods which saw the most homes sold were 4 Hills with 17 homes followed by Las Colinas with 50 homes. The most expensive home sold for eight hundred and forty-nine thousand dollars off Tuscan Hills Lane.
